But I am appalled by how Walgreens Photo has handled this affair. Luckily, I had a feeling something was sketchy so I ordered labels from Shutterfly instead - no issues. I have 3 pending transactions on my card now with them. I have just received a third notification that my order cannot be fulfilled and that it’s been cancelled.

So she was going to reroute my order to a different store using the already pending charge on my card. This rep told me it wasn’t actually an invalid shipping address issue, but that the particular store fulfilling my order had a broken machine. At one point I even said if they were unable to fulfill my order, it was fine I just needed to be refunded and told honestly because this was time sensitive.

I called customer service a second time, explained that I’ve already been through this and wanted to know what was going on.
